About

Nick Baker is a librarian-technologist who specializes in the history of technology, information, and uses of new media in art.  He received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Carleton College and a Master of Science in Information from the University of Michigan.  He has worked as a database developer, a reference librarian, and briefly as the bugler at a race track.  He now lives and works in the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts.
